Gloria Fenwick’s journey began in Baltimore, where she cultivated her educational and professional foundations, inspired by the region’s vibrant government and military presence. Holding a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Strategic Human Resources from Johns Hopkins University, she blends her pride for Baltimore with a deep expertise in leadership and public service.

A retired, service-disabled Army veteran, Gloria led hundreds of troops in domestic and international operations. Her distinguished career included collaborations with key agencies like the NSA, FBI, and the Military District of Washington (MDW). Notably, she was the first female Operations and Plans Officer in MDW, overseeing critical functions such as the Emergency Operations Center, Funeral Operations Center, and Public Service Recognition.

After transitioning to civilian life as a Department of Defense contractor, Gloria quickly became a sought-after cybersecurity expert. She went on to lead a large organization, managing mission contracts with budgets exceeding $20 million and contributing to vital national security decisions.

With decades of experience and strong industry partnerships, Gloria founded Fusion Advanced Technology, LLC, committed to providing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions as a trusted federal and state contractor.
